   Return Requirements: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
   Refund Processing: We will process refunds within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment account; the processing time depends on your payment method and bank processing time.
2. Exchange Policy
   Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
   Exchange Requirements: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
   Exchange Process: Please contact our customer support by email or phone to explain the item you wish to exchange and the reason for your exchange. We will provide further instructions after confirming your request.
3. Return/Exchange Process
   Request: Please contact us by email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
   Returning the Item: After receiving our return confirmation, please ship the item to the address we specify. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
   Tracking Information: To ensure the safe arrival of your return, please use a tracking method whenever possible.
4. Special Circumstances
   Certain items (such as personalized products, special offers, and clearance items) may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product description at the time of purchase for specific circumstances.
